I have been on a diet all week. I have been pretty good. Keeping under 1200 calories a day. With a half hour of cardio and a 4 mile walk. It’s all pretty low key honestly. Nothing extreme or hardcore. But it’s something. 
My favorite part of diets is all the fresh fruits and veggies. :)
